Dr. Sarika Shetty is a distinguished dental professional with a BDS from A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore and an MDS in Periodontics and Implantology from D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, where she earned a Gold Medal in her subject. With over 16 years in academics, she has been associated with D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth and currently serves as a Professor and PG Guide at MGM Dental College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai. She is also Head of the Dental Department at MGM New Bombay Hospital, Vashi. A Founder Member and current President of the ISP Study Group, Navi Mumbai, Dr. Shetty plays a key role in advancing dental education. She also coordinates the Fellowship Program in Implantology at MGM Dental College (affiliated to MUHS). With numerous international publications, she was invited as a Distinguished Speaker at the 4th International Conference on Preventive Medicine and Public Health in Amsterdam, 2024.
